Which product should I choose?

Wire binding or hardback wire binding are the most popular choices for journals, as they allow the document to lay flat and pages to turn back on themselves. For hardcover books, the inner pages are stitched together using a sewing machine and thread to form a book block, with a strong adhesive covering the binding edge to attach the block to the spine and covers. This option is recommended for items with high page counts and heavy paper stocks.

Hardback and paperback books are durable products, however, they will not lay flat.
