Design your zine in a print-ready PDF format, ideally with a resolution of 300 dpi. Ensure pages are ordered correctly, sized accurately, and include a bleed area and crop marks if printing edge to edge. Saddle-stitched booklets require page counts in multiples of 4.

For inner pages, 90-170 gsm matte or silk paper is most popular. Choose 250–350 gsm card for the cover to create a professional finish. For black and white content, uncoated matte paper gives a classic look. Gloss or silk works best for colour-rich photo zines, lookbooks and portfolios.

Gloss and silk paper enhance image vibrancy and sharpness, while matte paper offers a smooth, non-reflective finish. Add a square back spine for a polished look, or choose lamination for extra durability.

Delivery

If you have a deadline to meet, choose courier delivery.

Courier delivery is trackable and guaranteed. Once your order has dispatched, you will receive email and text updates directly from DPD. On the day of delivery, you'll be advised of your 1 hr delivery slot. Live van tracking is also available.

We also strongly recommend ordering with at least a day or two to spare prior to your deadline, just in case!

Do not choose Royal Mail 1st Class delivery for urgent orders.
