How much print margin do I need?

As a general rule, we recommend a 5mm artwork margin. However, some bound documents require larger margins to account for the binding edge.

How will my ring binder cover and spine be printed?

Your front cover page will be printed and inserted into the plastic cover at the front of the binder. Spine will be inserted into cover.

How to configure document covers - ring binding

A custom-printed front cover and spine are available for ring binders. The cover and spine are printed on a card.

How will the cover and spine be printed?

  • Your front cover page will be printed and inserted into the plastic cover at the front of the binder. 
  • The spine will be printed and inserted into the plastic cover on the spine.
  • The back cover will be blank (plain white) by default.

Can I add tab dividers?

Yes, tab dividers can be inserted, helping to split a document into multiple sections or chapters for easier referencing. Tabs are not available for Tabloid documents.
