One mum shared her organisation wall on Facebook group DIY on a Budget Official, with the Sun<\/a> then sharing her efforts in the newspaper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The organisation wall is designed to keep track of all the activities going on in her family, the mum explained, with a large blackboard set up as a weekly calendar, as well as space for an annual calendar on one side, a hook for house keys and a dedicated shopping list section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She also added a small shelf and hooks below the board where her kids can hang their school bags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s a great idea if you\u2019re struggling to keep track of who is doing what during the week, as well as allowing you to share the likes of your shopping list with everyone else in your household easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Using blackboard paint on your wall might be one option to replicate the organisation wall shared by the newspaper, but if you\u2019re in a rental property (or simply don\u2019t have the desire to do the painting in your home) you can still create an organisation wall but you may have to take a slightly different approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Instead, you could create your own planner and then use a service that offers custom planner printing<\/a> to get it in a format and scale that works for your home. You could even go one step further and get a personalised notebook for each member of your family to help them keep track too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These kinds of organisational walls aren\u2019t only useful for families, they could also be a good way to keep track of your work, meetings and any other important information while you\u2019re working from home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
