We reserve the right to replace or rectify any defective work by reprinting and shall not be liable to refund. Claims for a refund should be made within 10 days from notification of issue. If we deem a refund is appropriate we will notify you within seven days of receiving your complaint and pay all or part of the refund as deemed appropriate by us. Work of an insufficient quality will be judged by us. We cannot accept responsibility for any mistakes made or quality issues arising from you on the site; we do not check your work after it is submitted online. We cannot accept liability for 'acts of God'. We cannot accept liability for 'delay or loss in transit'. We do not accept any liability, over and above a re-print or refund, for any consequential loss whatsoever arising from placing an order with us.
Any costs incurred for work already carried out, up to the date of written cancellation, will also be charged for including any excessive administration charges and deducted from any refunds deemed appropriate.
